Many mums have concerns about training during their pregnancy, at One 2 One Fitness we have a female trainer, qualified in Pre and Post Natal Exercise to an internationally recognized CYQ level 3 standard. So you can now train during and after your pregnancy with confidence. Exercise has many benefits for both mother and baby during pregnancy. Some of these benefits include: * Improved circulation for both mother and baby. * Reduced pregnancy symptoms such as, varicose veins, leg cramps and constipation. * Less back ache and improved posture. * Controlled weight gain and enhanced self image. * Improved sleep patterns. * A positive effect on mum’s ability to cope with labour. * Increased stamina, which in turn has a positive effect on the course and out come of labour. * Faster post natal recovery. To help you get back into shape after your baby is born, we ensure your health and safety by using the same basic training principles as we use for exercise during your pregnancy. Hormone levels increase in your body during pregnancy and these level stay elevated for some time after the birth of your baby, due to this there are many adaptations and things to consider during participation in an exercise program. This fantastic, high impact and exciting work out uses a sequence of punches and kicks to keep you pushed to your fitness limits. At one 2 one fitness we have qualified instructors who will use choreographed boxing techniques with circuit style exercise stations to ensure you have a fun and effective workout. Great for getting rid of built up stress and it is excellent for endurance & fitness training, whilst burning calories. Available as one to one training or as a class format!
