Ananda Development Co., Ltd., formerly known as Windmill Development Co., Ltd., was founded on July 29th, 1999, with a registered capital of 1 million baht. The company was originally established as a property development consultant firm, and after the name change, Ananda Development is now a full-service Real Estate and Housing Developer located on Bangna-Trad Road Km.10. Major shares in the company are held by the Ruangkritya Family with Mr.Chanond Ruangkritya as President & CEO. The following steps have been taken in increasing the capital of the company.
Ananda Development has joined hands with Pramerica Real Estate Investors, a leading global property investment management firm, to establish “Ananda Development One” or “Ananda One”, to develop real estate in the Suvarnabhumi area. Ananda One is expected to invest over 8 billion baht in the next three years that will create a combined project value of over 24 billion baht. The joint venture joins together Ananda’s management and local marker knowledge and Pramerica’s financial strength and global real estate expertise.
• On October 25th, 2000, capital was increased to 5 million baht (fully paid)
• On November 20th, 2000, capital was increased to 10 million baht (fully paid)
• On January 17th, 2001, capital was increased to 50 million baht (fully paid)
• On May 10th, 2001, capital was increased to 150 million baht (fully paid)
• On November 13th, 2001, capital was increased to 200 million baht (fully paid)
• On April 3rd, 2002, capital was increased to 250 million baht (fully paid)
